I've been working in industry for about 2 years now, however I have had 10+ technical jobs over the past 6 years. I've held positions such as a test engineer, full stack developer, consultant and mobile developer. The most important skill I've gained throughout the years is the ability to learn from and adapt to new (or at least new to me) technology.
Reason for Mentoring
Because I am still a young engineer, I believe it's important to build a strong community of passionate and driven people. If it weren't for the mentors I had as I first started out, I'm not so sure that I would have the same opportunities that I do now. I want to be able to help out in the same way I was helped out in the beginning.
